JARIA is a womenswear brand designed in Canada. The website provides product information, editorial content, shopping tools, and customer support.

The current payment page is a demonstration. Where checkout is unavailable or marked as a demo, no payment is collected and no order is created merely by completing that flow. These terms will be updated before live commerce processing is enabled.

We aim to describe and display products accurately. Screen settings, photography, and natural material variation can affect how colours and details appear. Product availability may change without notice.

Prices are displayed in Canadian dollars (CAD) unless stated otherwise. We may correct typographical, pricing, or product-information errors. When live ordering is available, an order is accepted only after it has been successfully processed and confirmed.

When live checkout is introduced, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing, contact, and delivery information. We may decline or cancel an order because of unavailable inventory, incorrect information, suspected fraud, pricing errors, or legal restrictions. Any amount already collected for a cancelled order will be handled through the original payment method.

Shipping estimates, costs, tracking, and delivery conditions are described in our Shipping Policy. Eligible returns are governed by our Return Policy. These policies form part of these terms.

You must not use the website to:

• Break applicable law or infringe another person's rights
• Attempt unauthorized access or interfere with site security
• Introduce malicious code, scrape abusively, or overload the site
• Use JARIA content or branding for unauthorized commercial purposes
• Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information

The JARIA name, branding, website design, text, graphics, product imagery, and other original content are owned by JARIA or used with permission. You may use the website for personal, non-commercial shopping purposes, but may not reproduce or commercially exploit its content without permission.

The website may link to social platforms or use third-party providers for hosting, communications, payment, commerce, or delivery. Those providers may have separate terms and privacy practices. JARIA is not responsible for third-party websites that we do not control.
